Our 9/29-10/3 super hot, super fun, trip report.

On Tuesday the temperature soared to 102 but when we left on Saturday there was rain, go figure.



We started out the day in Monorail red. The CM told us to ride it first thing in the morning because once the temperature got hot they took it off line.



They always have to stop at the Fire station. The weather was hot but it did not feel to crowded.





Back to the Hotel to cool off in the afternoon sun.



Toy Story Mania is such a fun ride.



Then we found Minnie.



The girls had a lot of fun with golfing down Main Street.



A little assist was needed.

She asked if they have their own Fairygodmother, why yes they do.








This is such a cute show that they do in front of the castle.

So I had to read that out loud 3 times before I finally got it.


The Woody's Round up area is really cute.





In case you are wondering what happens when you give the 7 yo your camera.....


You get a picture of a cow.


Super excited to see Woody.




He was super cute with her. He danced with her and gave her hugs.

Something kind of strange happened on this trip. It started first thing when we got in the park. The Japanese tourists wanted to have their pictures taken with the girls. We would hear "picture picture" and then they would start posing.







Captain Jack was so cute playing with her unicorn.


So you see all of the feet in the background. As soon as Captain Jack stood up they all walked around him and started posing with her.




They would all take an individual picture and then one big group picture. By the end of the day we had it down to a science and hubby would take the group picture for them.


Then my oldest started posing like them.


The cool thing about pirate island being closed is that the pirates where wandering around NOS.




They had so much fun dancing with her.


This is in the little boys room in the house of the future. It is so cool. It tells the story all the way around the room.


They even got to fire the cannon.


Then we headed over to the Pixar Play Parade.



The plastic Bo Peep still freaks me out a little.

Coming up next is the Halloween Party.

I love your girls and their costumes! Even their first dresses are very charming, are those homemade too? I'm just going "AAAAWWWW" at every picture. I love costumes and wish that I could make myself as many costumes as your girls have, but I'm 6 feet tall so each costume takes exponentially more fabric. I adore the Little Bo Peep costume, that is so creative! And of course the Mary Poppins one, because that's one intricate costume and it's so sweet to have the pictures with Mary and Bert on the bridge! I can't wait for more.

About the Japanese tourists: I am definitely not surprised! The Japanese are very into Cosplay, and in the cosplay and convention community is very acceptable to take photos with people who have costumes you like. I'm glad you let them take photos with your girls, because it's a compliment to the costume! So if you ever go to say, Comic-Con, don't be shy about asking for pictures with other attendees who are dressed up. I think if I saw your girls in the park with their amazing costumes (clearly not from the store) that I'd ask for a picture too.
(You know, the Japanese know their costumes AND their fashion, and I see so many Japanese tourists in the parks that are dressed so COOL that I myself want to take THEIR picture! I wonder if they'd by like, why? because it's just their normal clothes.)

Don't worry. She creeps me out a little too. I'm wondering if Woody, Jessie, and Bo Peep would be better as face characters. Super TR so far.
