If you had to choose 1 "EXTRA" what would it be?

    Hello ALL...
Ok I am soooooo Excited for our trip to DL Oct 6-10th! It was a get well present for our 5 yr old daughter (had heart surgery at end of July)! There is 10 of us going (2 children, 8 adults) LOL

If you had 1 extra (fantasmic reserved seating, BB dining, etc) what would it be?

I still have 4 weeks to go and I cannot sleep!
Can't wait to go to DISNEYLAND!

Since this is a get well present for a small person, a Character Meal would be about Perfect! There is nothing better than starting your day with Mickey or Pooh. Plus the cost would be quite a bit less than the Fantasmic seating or the Blue Bayou restaurant.

I agree. A character meal or Blue Bayou. Fantasmic Dessert seating is just sooo expensive!

Since its for a 5-year old I'd vote for character dining as well. However, if you want to choose between Blue Bayou of Fantasmic! Dessert Seating, I'd go for Fantasmic!
Blue Bayou is amazing and magical, but much easier to appreciate as an adult. I've never done the Fantasmic! Dessert thing but I'm guessing any little kid would love to eat as much dessert as they can while watching Mickey save the day.

First off, Hi, I'm new here! In response to your question, here's something to think about: Unless of course theyve changed the Fantasmic seating from the gallery (it's been years), than be warned it might be hard for her to see. I was younger and small when I had the Fantasmic dessert seating, and the whole time the railing was in my way so it wasn't as much fun, but it was nice nonetheless. And dessert is usually always good for a kid!
However, if character breakfast is your other option, I'd choose that. I would have loved to have that when i was young (and am i the only one who never sees Donald out and about?) Anyway, Blue Bayou was nice too, but it might not be as "cool" as dining with characters.

That's my input, hope it helps!

by the way, i hope youre daughter is doing well and im happy you guys are going to dland.

Thank You for all your responses! We are definitely going to do the character dining. Is the princess breakfast not at the plaza inn anymore?

The Princesses switched parks over to Ariel's Grotto at DCA. Now it's Minnie and Friends breakfast at the Plaza Inn.

I'm not sure about the seating for Fantasmic, but when I was calling before my alast trip (in August) it was about three weeks before we left and the seating is booked out 1 month in advance according to the CM I talked to. She said they take reservations exactly 1 month before and they sell out on the same day. Hope this helps
