    Guest surveys

Seems like every other time I go to the park I get the guest survey bubble fill out envelope. I fill them out all the time get the free golf pencil and the weird survey taking mickey sticker that never seems to stick for very long. Does anyone else take that time to fill these out and is there any significance to this sticker other than being cheap and ugly? I mean it's not like someone will see you have the sticker and take you up to the matterhorn basketball court because your special right?

What bugs me is the cast members with the electronic guest surveys. You're on your way in or out and they want you to stop and answer questions. It's annoying because if you're there for a few days you get stopped loads of times. I've done it so many times now that I refuse to participate. No point anyway, as they already have my opinion!

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

I've been stopped on numerous occasions...........it doesn't seem like a big deal to me.......it takes like 4 minutes.....and 4 minutes and you helped someone do their job...........not a big deal...........

Totally, agree, I've been the the parks countless times and have often been stopped. Luckily I could say I was a CM and they'd just walk away...

    Re: Guest surveys

Never got the golf pencil thing or even seen it, but I have been asked to take the survey 3 times over the course of a year.

Unlike posting ideas on this site, stopping and answering the survey has an ACTUAL effect on park changes, so its worth the few minutes.

I got stopped once by a survey cm. First question: "Is this your first time in either park today?" I had entered at 8:40. Disneyland opened at 9:00.

    Re: Guest surveys

I always take a few minutes to answer the surveys. The shortest went like:

Q: What type of ticket did you use to enter the park today?
    A: AP
    Q: Thanks, good bye

That's usually what I get also. Which is annoying because I would actually like to take the time to give my opinion.

When I told them I was a CM they said I could do it anyway. Hmph.

    I actually don't mind. I like surveys!

    Re: Guest surveys

I've only been stopped once, and I decided to do the survey...but none of the questions were of the sort that seemed relevant to the future. The CM asked me what my top three attractions were, I think, and I offered Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, and maybe HM as very high on my list. The standard stuff about how often I visit...whether or not I was an AP...and not much else. I never got to voice my preference for original attractions and my deep respect for thematic integrity. Which leads me to wonder how accurate and comprehensive Disney's surveys actually are when it comes to that sort of thing.
