![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker II That row of randomly placed an Fran themed restrooms crammed between the Grizzly Rapids, Little Mermaid Pier style building and the winery is really going to look out of place. As if it were dropped in by mistake. They should almost theme the outside of that building to match the winery. At least then we would have some continuity.

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker II Hmm... from the models it looks like Little Mermaid will act as a transition between San Francisco and Paradise Pier. I'm not thinking they'll look too out of place when they finish Little Mermaid's facade.

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker II Huh? No it won't, it's going to be totally different. Much more ornate and classical feeling then the plain curved wall with murals. The whole building will look more like the Palace of Fine Arts rotunda. |

![]() | Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker II Yeah, that was what I was getting at. The only thing that's ever been in there, to my knowledge, is something to do with the holiday fireworks show back in 2001, LuminAria. |

The word is that those new bathrooms will loose the San Francisco victorian style facade and will get a new facade that will fit better with the Mermaid building next to it. The row is houses is suppose to fade into yesterland. The buildings are empty so adding restrooms in there should go quickly. I wonder though if they will go ahead an dtear out facades while the inside is being retroffited or if they will do facades when Mermaid building is getting its facade done | |

Can they build full bathrooms in there without interfering with the current facades and then tear out the existing facade later yet keep the bathrooms operational? Or is there enough time now to tear the whole thing down and build it once from scratch?
