Why walk home in full garb??

I love Disneyland every time I go and am very satisfied with its upkeep and all, but I hate to have the illusion spoiled for me whenever a cast member goes home for the day.

Here's the common scenario: I am walking down Main Street fully immersed in the scope and theme of the beautiful land. Then I see a preoccupied looking Cast Member in a costume for the Haunted Mansion, walking as quickly as he can for the cast member exit with a backpack looking very out of theme and lacking the Disney quality.

Please Disney, add a tunnel or a backstage route for every ride's CMs to go after work. Or at least have them change back to their regular clothes before going out into the public. I hate having illusions spoiled by a cast member dressed for Toontown looking like they would after working 15 hours at Taco Bell running for the exit.
