Soarin' What Scenes Would You Put?

Ok, I know there could possibly be a new soarin viedo when they get away from this whole California theme.

I know there's proably 10 - 15 scenes in the current video but which scenes would you put in the movie if you were in charge of making the new video.

You can give us a theme if you want.
I would put: Across the USA

Then give me 1 to as many scenes as you would put in the viedo. If you have one good scene and that's all you have thats fine

    Here would be mine
    1. Mt. Rushmore
    2. Yellowstone
    3. I would keep the Golden Gate Bridge
    4. Statue of Liberty
    5. Grand Canyon
    6. Gateway Arch
    7. Over Washington DC
    8. The Rockies
    9. And you have to have Disneyland or DisneyWorld

    WHAT WOULD YOU PUT?

Grand Canyon, like you said, for sure!

    -Niagra falls
    -Empire state building/New york

Or how about a tour of ALL of the Disney parks from the air!

I was thinking about Niagra Falls but it didn't really fit into my theme of Across America. Some of its in Canada some in New York

I also love the whitewater rafting idea. I think currently the video shows people in boats on a lovely river, which I also really like. I enjoy all the expansive nature scenes like mountain ranges and such. I don't have an idea what I'd add, but just keep all the nature please!

The California theme is still gonna be very present in DCA. It'll be a mishmash of California stuff and Disney character stuff. No single theme for the entire park. So if it's not gonna be Soarin' over California, it better be Soarin' through Disney Cartoons.

That's such a good idea. But that's kinda like Philar Magic except for the major part the hang gliding part.

    How would you do that?

The Royal Gorge in Colorado scene. Since this is the only natural wonder I've really ever seen outside of California, it gets my vote.

I'm just saying that it would be more thematically appropriate to DCA than a Soarin' over America film, since the "new" DCA will be split between California and Disney films. But I wouldn't do that. I'd keep it as Soarin' over California, the only attraction in the park that makes me go, "Yeah...now I remember why I love California so much!" The only attraction in the park that's truly original and innovative and entertaining and relevant, even though it's by no means perfect. Screamin' is fun, ToT is a well-executed blast, ITTBAB is a pretty enjoyable show, and TSMM is said to be a delight. (Haven't ridden it yet.) But none of these can offer originality, technological inventiveness, extreme entertainment value, and acute relevance to the California theme. Soarin' is everything DCA should have been...or at least contains a lot of the things DCA should have been...and as such, it should be the very LAST thing on the chopping block. And all we've heard has been vague rumors, so I'm pretty happy about that.

That being said, there are a lot of incredible vistas in the U.S., and they could make an amazing new Soarin' with those. I'd love to see that make its way to WDW, where it'd make thematic sense and give me more incentive to finally visit the Florida resort.

Just don't put it in California Adventure.

Soarin over the world. Probably would need two episodes to fit this all in.

    in no particular order

    GrandCanyon,
    Machu Pichu,
    Bryce and Zyon Canyon
    Giza
    Jerusalem
    Nepal,
    Eiffel tower
    Colosseum in Rome
    Venice,
Great Wall of China, Forbidden city
    Amazon,
    Great Barrier reef,
    Ayers Rock,
    New york city,
    statue of liberty.

I'd love to hangglide through the vistas of Iceland. A night scene flying near the Aurora Borealis would be killer. The volcanos of Japan, the terra cotta warriors in China, the African Savannah, The Brazilian Rainforest, The River Nile. Basically all the places I want to visit that aren't cities.

Oh how I miss Circle-Vision! It was amazing. I still remember SO well standing with my hands on those cold, steely rails, and, feeling like I was going to tip over.

I think they should pass over my great state with the Space Needle and Mt Rainier!!

    White-water rafting forsure.

    Grand canyon, definately.

I'd throw in Bryce Canyon, a Hawaiian beach and the Rocky Mountains too.
