Meee~
I'd love to go see the fairies. I kind of feel bad about doing so before watching their movie(well...the whole thing, at least), but who knows, I'll probably buy the movie the same day >.<

I want to meet Fawn the most, really. She's one of the cutest, and seems to be the most fun, imo.

Re: Pixie Hollow (Oct. 28th)

From what I could see today when peeking through the barricade, the place really does look great! It looked like they actually went out of their way to create some quality theming, the way it was done made me think of pictures of DLRP I had seen, style-wise and uselessness (pretty things there only to be pretty, which isn't a bad thing by the way). I had a great view of the signage for the area and even that was really interesting, it looked like it was a neighborhood of tiny pixie houses sitting atop a wooden post and there was a little leather windmill spinning on the top.
If anyone is stopping by this week, go check it out!.....or just wait a week, lol.

Re: Pixie Hollow (Oct. 28th)

I super excited! I'm sure the lines will be huge though! Maybe I'll go sometime next week just for that so I'll have time to wait for them all haha. The Peter Pan section of my character scrapbook is lonely without Tink and the others are just bonuses!

Re: Pixie Hollow (Oct. 28th)

I know Tinkmomma and the girls are excited about it. I have this horrific feeling that I will be stuck in a huge line like Princess Fantasy Fair because "daddy's little girls want to meet Tinkie-bell and the faries". Again special thanks to ESM for getting the girls into the Preview, likely I will be hearing about this movie until I break down and buy it!

On a side note to any parents out there... Minute Maid juice is running a Disney rebate... takes 2 of the specially marked labels and you get a $5 rebate on one of a choice of Disney movies... forgot all the titles but Prince Caspin, and Tink were two of the options (again only 1 DVD per 2 labels). Also they are selling fairy wings, decent ones, at the 99cent store... which beats the $25 Disney wants for fairy wings (but you get a really cool LED thingy that lights up that's worth $24... not...). Sorry, parent mode, always trying to help cut costs if there is a little one out there who is a huge Tink/fairy fan.

Re: Pixie Hollow (Oct. 28th)

Thanks for the rebate news tech. Time to beef up my collection while drinking a healthy fruit drink.

And while I may not be a fan of the movie... I'm really looking forward to seeing what they have done with this area. The little bits of theme we've seen so far seem to be pretty good.

What 99cent store? Like Big Lots?

Re: Pixie Hollow (Oct. 28th)

No, there's a 99 cent store, that's what they're called. It's a ripoff of the dollar store.
