Does anyone know if any of the other fairies were there throughout the day or was it just I and R?

That theming is amazing. I'm shocked at how well they pulled this off with barely a hint of Ariel's Grotto left in it.

Great pictures skip. Yeah was Fawn and Slivermist there as well. For some reason I want to meet Fawn the most out of all the fairies.

    Re: Pixie Hollow is OPEN!!!

Wow... thanks for the pics all. It looks like they're really done a bang up job themeing this area. That shot of tech's with the Matterhorn over the giant grass blades was awesome. Brilliant themeing. The little statues and houses along the line look gorgeous. And the fairies themselves look great in their new home.

Disney has always done a good job of keeping characters from being in two places at once... kids notice these kinds of things.

Gotta say, I'm a sucker for red heads so... yeah, but Tink looks great too. Though I'm not sure how I feel about the PH smocks the handler CMs are wearing.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

The shock for me was not how well it was pulled off but how well it was hidden. I had this mental image of a giant teapot sandwiched in between the Matterhorn and Tomorrowland. The way this was done you honestly wouldn't even know it was there. They took so much care to disguise it and hide it, even the sign would be something people would walk right past and not even notice. The only concern is that when the crowds die down (which will be a long time) people may walk past it on accident! Bravo WDI, a job that was extremely well done.

Well, I'm glad it's still in theme though. It's better than plopping the CMs down in typical character escort uniform since those would be out of place.

Absolutely fantastic theming, & great pictures techskip. So other than opening, when is the best time to get in line for this thing?

I'm afraid to say that I might actually step foot in Pixie Hollow during my April trip just to see the themeing in person. The place just looks too good to pass up.

Well I see what I'm going to do frist when I go to Disneyland next month. First go to Pixie Hollow then to Princess Faire. So it may be a 2 or 3 hour wait between the both of them. And WOW! Can you belive this topic is already on it's 5th page.

Now that the proverbial cat is out of the bag I'm not so sure that even opening will save you! It opened at 10am today, and likely that will be the schedule... but since people will know and AP's will be there just for that... it could be like the soft openings of TSMM.
