1) Subs lagoon (I particularly think it would be a bonus of having to bail out water after going through the water falls)
2) DCA lake
3) Old phantom boats pond (The lake isn't even being used! The old dock is a smoking area now, and a great quiet place for lunch/dinner)
4) Jungle Cruise
5) Pirates (It is do-able there with some a few changes to the drops and belts)
Actually, I'd hate to see what would happen when the canoes reached the dip drop.
It would high center.. or low center.. er.. you know what I mean. That would be funny.
When hinges creek in doorless chambers, and strange and frightening sounds echo through the halls, Whenever candlelights flicker, where the air is deathly still, That is the time when ghosts are present practicing their terror with ghoulish delight.
The canoes are not as small as people seem to imagine--they're about 35-36 feet long. For comparison, the logs are maybe 13-14 feet long.

Possibly. They'll fit in the sub lagoon, and you should be able to spin them around in the castle moat at the very least. Storybook Land might just barely accommodate them, but they'll have trouble in several spots and will not be able to fully navigate the canals. The lake in Paradise Pier would work, of course. Every other suggestion is extremely doubtful, in my opinion.
