Re: Disnyland AP Pass, Is there monthly payment plans?

I was at the Irvine Spectrum Center earlier today killing some time. They have a DL AP kiosk set up accross from Nordstrom so I asked the CMs there if I can get an AP on the payment plan. They told me that they don't do that at that particular location, but I can do this online or directly at the park at the ticket booth.

    So we shall see...

There was a glitch in the software program for this, but we are currently having training on it.. Don't have an "official" start date yet, but once we do, I can post it and let everyone know.

As far as I know, it's only on NEW ap's-- but then I haven't had training yet.

Re: Disnyland AP Pass, Is there monthly payment plans?

    Ok, here's the scoop:

Southern California Residents purchasing Annual Passes now have the option to pay for their pass in monthly installments through the new program, Monthly Payments. In the programs, Guests make a minimum down payment of $69 upon purchase, with the remaining amount spread over the next 12 months. The programs is initially available at the Box Office only. It will also be offered for online purchases soon after launch. Current Annual Passholders who wish to renew using the Monthly Payment option may do so beginning in December. No down payment will be required for renewals which will initially be available at the Box Office or through a mail in option...

I'm hoping that by January, when I need to renew, I can take advantage of this...I can't believe I've been supporting my habit with the SoCal pass!

Re: Disnyland AP Pass, Is there monthly payment plans?

    Hi Everyone,
I am so excited about this new program. I emailed Disney to see if they would tell me any information and this is the response I got back...

Thank you for taking the time to write Disneyland Resort Ticketing &
Reservations. In regards to a payment plan for annual passports, there
is a program developing. You are more than welcome to call 714-781-4400
for current information regarding this product. As for online, that
will not be available at this time.

So today I called the above number and she did confirm the program and told me their anticipated launch date is Dec 11th or 12th. She did suggest to call before making the trip to Disneyland just incase the date gets pushed back. And she did also confirm that for the time being this will not be available online...I am super excited and hope my findings may help someone.

Yep, I did that once to my kids. They started fussing and getting out of control at about Camp Pendelton. I made the threats about turning back (you have to understand that I have pulled over on the highway and did some serious spanking at times so the threats were not Idle) and sure enough we got into Santa Ana and one of my kids lets out a yelp and they all started blaming the other. I spun a u-turn and got all the way back to San Clemente before their mother talked me into turning back. I have never had a problem since, even with the grandkids. The kids have asked me a few times if I would have turned around on my own without Moms help. Well Mom made Daddy some promises that he couldn't pass up. LOL. It's good to be the King.
