Someone explained that sometimes it's actually good to have cloned attractions. An economy right now, most people wouldn't spend money to go around the world to another Disney park. But, if a closer Disney park had the same attraction they wanted to see, then it's a good thing.
I hope that made sense. But I'm all for cloned attractions to be slightly different (ala TOT).

In that case, it really would be best on the boundary of Fantasyland and Toontown, a location currently occupied by the Fantasyland Theater.
