Dear Guest Relations -
This is the third year in a row that your computers have crashed when people have lined up electronically to buy Candlelight dinner tickets. When this happened the first year, people were disappointed, but assumed that Disney would fix this problem in the future. After three years of setting aside time only to have the order ignored, it is either time to use a professional ticketing service, like Ticketmaster, or go back to selling tickets in the park or at some other location at the DLR. When people form a queue online, it should be respected. To turn these people away, year, after year, is unprofessional and reflects badly on your company. Disney obviously can't handle the task of setting up a server that won''t crash under pressure.
Please change this by next year.
Thank you, and have a magical day.
