That is the projection show which is played every 15 minutes. By my watch, it begins exactly 45 seconds after the performance of the time (when the soldiers & toys come marching out) & clock chimes end. So anyone who wants to see this live just needs to plant themselves in front of the facade at any quarter hour after darkness falls and will enjoy a fun show once all the soldiers & toys are back inside and the clock chimes cease.
