Metal Days at the Disneyland Resort

It is unofficial simply because it was really a spur of the moment thing but if I see a strong enough response, I will declare it an official event as well as organize meetings and other fun stuff.

Unless Disney Endorses the event, it would still need to remained titled "Unofficial"

I'm not a metal fan but I hope you're able to organize a fun event! And Aladdin is correct about the "unofficial" thing; if it's not endorsed by the Mouse than it can't be official.

You should do it the same weekend as NAMM (Jan 15-18) when all the metalheads will be in the resort area anyway!

Hmmm, well at least this was more positive than what I have seen on myspace forums It seems Mormons don't like metalheads :O and because there are so many of these days (4?) people are getting tired of them? Well anyways, it was just an idea because it will be the first days that I will use my Deluxe Annual Pass.

So, since my wallet got a bit bigger, I decided to switch the days and will stay until Sunday. Not sure what i'll do Sunday but I have until around 6ish to catch the amtrak back to San Diego. So it's not officially off but for now lets just say that if you see me, don't be afraid and say hello...ill be the guy that you'll confuse for a girl because of my lucious locks of hair

I'd be happy with any response and this is better than I thought. Whenever I go (which is rarely) I'll see about one other long haired individual who sticks out like a sore thumb but i'd be neat if more metal fans would show up during this epic weekend.

I doubt some of you remember an incident I wrote about awhile back about metal bands not being able to play at the house of blues in downtown disney but it's more than likely that it wasn't the bands that were being targeted but the fans themselves. Believe it or not, metal fans can be respectful and we do love disney and disney theme parks and I am proud of that.

So anyways, thanks everyone for supporting this I am looking up where to stay right now and still not sure what i'll do on sunday but this weekend will be one to remember.

The hubby and I are hoping to attend! (Hoping more that we get passes for christmas!) But we will try to be there and maybe even bring our rugrat all decked out n such. He loved the Trick or Treat event so who knows! We will let you know more as it gets closer. We are preparing to move to victorville, ca next month on the 15th.
