I just got my hands on a copy of an old Disneyland Christmas special, called "The Magic of Christmas at Disneyland". Here are a few screen-shots of the movie (and I apologize for the shots which have my iTunes player controls in them):
The start of the old Christmas parade, The Very Merry Christmas Parade.
Aurora & Prince Philip on what looks to be Walt Disney World's famous Castle float.
Snow White's float.
Part of the Alice in Wonderland section.
Beauty & the Beast float.
Half way through the parade, Roger Rabbit tries to "wake up" the Toy Soldiers.
Toy Factory section.
This is the same Toy Factory float that was used in A Christmas Fantasy up until this year.
A practically forgotten character from Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers.
The snowflake girls in a slightly different design.
I'm not sure which version I prefer.
Mickey & Minnie still skate on this float to this day.
The parade of course ends with Santa Clause.
These lovely ladies still end the parade.
Belle & Beast in New Orleans Square I believe.
Now this made me sad!
"We're making tracks in the snow!"
Mickey's Nutcracker at the Fantasyland Theater back when it showed actual shows!
Not very Disney, but a great costume!
The grand finale to Mickey's Nutcracker.
The show ends with Mickey & the gang singing "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" outside of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Hope you enjoyed this look at The Magic of Christmas at Disneyland!
