    Cool Hidden Hats

Alright. So Disneyland has the best Christmas in any theme park. I have however, come up with a new idea that is simple, interesting, and of course fun. My idea is to have Santa hats. Santa hats on every ride to be exact. Hidden. Basically Hidden Mickeys, except Santa hats. One character in every ride can be found wearing a Santa hat.

    Examples of places for hats:
    Harold
    A skull in IJA
    A native in WFJC
    A coyote in BTMRR
A droid in the queue for Star Tours
    A dinosaur on the DLRR

    Alright. What do you think?
Any comments, new ideas, concerns, and questions are greatly accepted!

I like the idea quite a bit...but it'd need to be really subtle for me to fully support it. It'd need to be the kind of thing where you only get a quick glimpse, and then it's like, Whoa, did I really just see that or is my brain playing tricks? I think that it could be really cool...a fun way to plus the experience and give guests something out of the ordinary to look for, but not big enough to really compromise the themes. Easter eggs, if you will. Thanks for posting the idea!

I thing it is one of the best "arm chair imagineer" ideas I've read here. But as Data said, it would have to be very subtle.

    Bravo!

How about both, it would be cool if all the rides had something Christmasie on them, it would just be fun and take them less than 5 mins to put up on each ride.

Something like the hidden Mickey Ears hat that was placed on Winnie the Pooh Recently???

Alpoe001: That is also a great idea, but like JerrodDRagon said, why not have both.

    Re: Hidden Hats

That is such a great idea

there's tons of people that are hooked on hidden mickeys espically my brother. Whenever I think I spot a hidden mickey my eight year old brother shoots me down tell me why it is impossible that the hidden mickey I point out can not be one.

    Anyway this would be great

My idea would be On Buzz One of the green alien men in the last room where they have Zurg in a toy box.

    Re: Hidden Hats

Sorry, Alpoe, but I prefer just the Santa hats. Again, provided they were very discreet.

    Re: Hidden Hats

yes, but some rides would be hard to place hats... like where would you on Alice? Nemo? Space? It would have been cool to see a christmas tree in the dream home... and Splash could easily get a holiday overlay throw a few hats on the main characters, put a small lit tree in the briar patch... maybe decorate the mantle.
