Expect moderate crowds. 45 - 60 minute lines on the most popular like Space and Indy. Therefore, get a FastPass early on for Space and you don't have to return within the 1 hour timeframe to use it, you can return anytime after. Just not before the first time listed. Try to be there when it opens, hit the popular rides first. I would say.....go to Space when it opens, get a Fastpass before going on it for later in the day, then ride Nemo while the line is still hopefully short because it will be long throughout the day. Then hit the rest of the mountain range ending off with Splash, then Haunted and Pirates and take it from there.

I don't have anything really useful to add to this discussion. I'm just geeking out because I'm going to DLR on March 4, 5 and 6 for my birthday!

Please don't let this stray away from the topic at hand and change into a labor thread.

President's Day, Feb. 17th, was a light crowd because of the rain. After the storm passed, though, late in the afternoon, crowds began to show. Rode POC twice in a row, HM, BUZZ, saw ALADDIN, BUGS, and ate at the BB. Nemo was the only ride we skipped because of lines. Toy Story was down for repair (happens a lot).

Thank you for making a newbie feel welcome. I'm feeling the warm fuzzies already.

I'm anticipating Wednesday the 4th and Thursday the 5th to be relatively uncrowded; is this a correct assumption? Also, Friday the 6th appears to be a parent/teacher conference day for many school districts. Does anyone have any information about this?

The 4th & 5th should have small to moderate crowds. The 6th, when it comes to parent teacher conferences, I can only suggest look up local school districts to confirm if they will have an off day for students on that Friday. But since there is about bajillion schools throughout the Southern California area, and any of those that do have an off day, its guesswork from there because you can't tell how many parents would decide to take there kids to Disneyland that day. If report cards came out immediately before then, then that percentage might go up.

Quick question - do they still have the photo pass photographers out and about in both parks?

We will be there Sunday (arriving at 4 or so from Folsom), Monday and Tuesday.

Sunday might be a little crowded, but I am hoping for light crowds on Monday and Tuesday.

Am I way off?

You're pretty much correct. It's basically been the same the last few weeks. Moderate size crowds on the weekends, with lines up to 45 minutes or an hour on the really popular rides like Space Mountain. But relatively light and slow on the weekdays. You might get 20 minutes, maybe 30 at most on Monday or Tuesday.
