We were at Disneyland during the NAMM conference a few years ago and it really wasn't bad at all. Many of the conference people are at conferences!(imagine that) They show up in the evening but it wasn't bad.

Any thoughts on April 7,8,9 and 10. I know it's spring break but other than that how will the crowds be?

Crowd Report: January 9th, light crowd, but lines at popular rides, as Haunted Mansion; It's a Small World, and parades were all shut down. Santa Ana wind blew dust in everyone's eyes. Dixieland Band w/characters was highlight of the day next to the Fire Station in the afternoon. Jedi Knight area was relatively uncrowded.

I'm thinking of going after work at about 4, but I don't want to run into full parking lots and massive crowds like last Sunday night. I figure it won't be as bad as this isn't the last day of the Christmas stuff, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

ok, so am I the only one who thinks MLK weekend won't be that bad?

Sunday will be the worst because socal passes are not blocked out. But saturday is blocked out, so I don't think crowds will get that bad. The hours are only 9-11, so it means that disney isn't anticipating huge crowds...

Yes, you are the only one. Saturdays on 3-day weekends are blocked for SoCal APs for a reason. And the reason is not to lower the crowd levels. It is to make them breatheable.

Yesterday's crowds were very light. Indy was practically walk-on all day, so was Screamin'. Toy Story's line hasn't gone down at all, but that's not surprising.

Does anyone know if anything is going on the least week of Feb. that would add to the crowd? We are thinking about 3 days starting Mon. the 23rd. I assume crowds will be light but want to know if anyone knows something I don't about those days since we are flexible in our timing.

Thank-you for the quick response. My dad is in the military so we are trying to talk him into coming with me and my 3 oldest kids since he will be free and we can get in at the 1 day price.
