To whom it may concern,
We had a wonderful cast member as our guide on the Great Movie Ride on December 29th. Her name was [deleted by moderator], and while she seemed quite stressed and tested at first - it was the busiest day in the year so far for the park apparently - she was very entertaining, funny, warm and hard-working.
