Okay. It seems that we mice chaters have been always bagging on Tland and suposively how bad it is. So today were going to be optimistic about tomorrowland instead of pestimistic. So I would like you to sate everything that is good about tomorrowland! I don't want you saying how bad it is so....yeah! I'll start off....

Does it make me a bad little Disney nerd if I say that I have no complaints about Tomorrowland?

I enjoy BLAB, shooting at stuff is good for the soul. Star Tours holds a special place in my heart. Innoventions is always good for some cool air conditioning on hot summer days, and the subs, in any iteration, are awesome and a half.

And of course, Space Mountain is always super fun!

It could use a few more of those too. All I got is SM.
The Mickey audience is not made up of people; it has no racial, national, political, religious or social differences or affiliations; the Mickey audience is made up of parts of people, of that deathless, precious, ageless, absolutely primitive remnant of something in every world-wracked human being which makes us play with children’s toys and laugh without self-consciousness at silly things, and sing in bathtubs, and dream and believe that our babies are uniquely beautiful. You know…the Mickey in us.

Fair point. The one set of bathrooms they have is adequate, that's more accurate. And I'd say....the Star Trader is an okay store.

Honestly I pretty much like tomorrow land xcept the empty Rocket Rod/People mover track and I think Innoventions is sort of a waste of space with the Starcade! But I like star tours and BLAB is fun, don't kill me when I say I like FNSV better than the origanal and I think It makes a good addition to the T-Land attraction list even if it dosn't fit the theme. But does Matterhorn realy fit the storybook Fairy Tale land either?

Am I the only one who never, ever notices that? Once in a while, I look up that way, but it doesn't bug me at all.

    Re: Not another Tomorrowland thread!

There's plenty wrong in Tomorrowland, but we ought not to lose sight of what is right. For starters, the core idea of what the land is supposed to be is a strong, valid, exciting concept. Even if Disney has corrupted the execution of that idea, it's not as if the original point of the land is faulty. There's still a good foundation.

Space Mountain is very, very right. It was a great attraction to begin with, and while I certainly miss the old version, I think the refurb was (mostly) a wonderful improvement. Sure, I've got some little suggestions for how the attraction could be improved, but it fits perfectly in the land's theme while drawing in and satisfying big crowds.

Star Tours is...showing its age, yes, but it's fundamentally a great attraction. A very worthy addition to the land.

At night, Tomorrowland lights up and, IMO, becomes much more visually satisfying. I don't condone substituting pretty lights for stylistic substance in the architecture, but if said substance is already lacking, it's better to have the pretty lights than not.

The predicament with the PM/RR tracks is disappointing to say the least, but it's great that Tomorrowland has a track that can (and hopefully will again) offer round-trip tours of the interiors and exteriors. It's a cool setup that wouldn't work in a lot of lands. Hopefully, that will again be taken advantage of in the not-too-far-off future.

I will again add my two cents here: You will find what you seek. If you're looking for the negatives, you'll find them. Plenty of them! But if you look for the positives, you'll probably find quite a few of those, too.

Absolutely. Which is why it's a wise to look for positives while you're a guest in the park, and it's wise to look for negatives while you're an Imagineer (armchair or otherwise) trying to make the park a better place. There's a time and place for everything.
