The California letters overlays at DCA

I made this of my nephew with the Christmas letters

I think that the letters are being removed this year.

I dont get why a lot of people didn't like the Dream Letters? When I went and saw them like that, I thought they were awesome.

And why would they get rid of the California letters? It's like... the main thing I associate with the park. Disneyland has a Train Station, and California Adventure has the California outside... Are they going to put anything in it's place?

Yeah!!! When the DCA entrance gets re-done, the CALIFORNIA letters will be gone. The entrace is supposed to close before summer of this year to make be re-modeled to Buena Vista Street. I hope that they keep them somewhere on the property though once they are taken out!!!

I am trying to remember if they did anything different with the letters when they had all the Mickey statues done up and auctioned off. I don't think they did but they might have.

The CALIFORNIA letters will be replaced with turnstiles that will look a lot like the ones at the Studios in Florida.

Regardless of how you personally feel, that the letters are so associated with the park is probably a big reason as to why they are being done away with altogether.

I still think they should donate the Letters to the one of the many major airpors in the area. They would look cool at the entrance of one of them and serve a purpose

I second that!!! Ontario has nice landscaping at the entrance, so it would look GREAT over there!!!
