Tram Service #2

I'm not one to complain as I love the Disneyland Resort, but I do understand this has happened to several of you, so I will post my experience...

Last night as some friends & I we're walking up to the tram you could tell they we're about to depart, so we ran towards the tram and as soon as we we're almost there the "No more boarding at this time" spiel came through the speakers...so we "Waited behind the yellow line" for our next tram...

But that tram never left...It sat there for 10 minutes, literally (not exaggerating)

Durring this time, several groups of people jumped on the tram, and as they did this...none of the Cast Members said anything, but as soon as we're about to jump on the tram a Parking CM snapped at us to stay back, we waited several more minutes, while others ran and jumped on the tram with no repercussions...Finally after 13 minutes of waiting we we're on a second tram...

Not cool...Very Not Cool...
