So long as there is no rain on the anniversary weekend... I DO NOT drive the freeways on rainy days... just to insane...

Haha RadioBarry.

Just as long as there is no high wind advisory, we will be alright.

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

Good timing for this thread. I just checked weather.com this morning and was sad to see rain in the forecast for Sat. It's my son's b-day so no chance to go a different day but we're used to a little rain since we are coming from Seattle as long as it is not a downpour (Only happenned to us once at DL, seems like everytime at WDW).

Hopefully with rain in the forecast and Saturday being a SoCal blackout day will keep the crowds down a bit at least.

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

When it rains at DL this time of year, does it rain all day? Or just a little here and there throughout the day?

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

So far the chance of rain for the weekend is just for light rain. That could change as the date actually approaches but for right now it doesn't look too bad. I find Disneyland pleasant in when it is raining. As long as it is not a total downpour, it has been my experience that the threat of rain keeps the crowds low.

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

A light rain could mean anything from a heavy downpour to clear skies, depending on how off the meteorologists and their faulty models are. The only way to tell for sure what the weather is like for a certain date is to be there on that day.

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

I'll be there on the 26th whether it rains or not, since it's my birthday. And really, I hope we do get some rain--not just a storm or two, but consistently throughout the rainy season--because California is running out of water. (And when they start rationing water, I wonder if that will affect Disneyland?)

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

I wouldn't hold my breath worrying about what the weather-guess'ers say.

If it rains, wear a poncho or use an umbrella. Fairly simple, actually...

We enjoy the Park rain or shine.

We just home from wrapping up a nice holiday w/e at the Park. Great weather and fun times!

Go with the flow!

Re: Disneyland Weather Report!

i am so glad for the weather change(ish)! my house had been sweltering for the past two weeks and rain and clouds will bring a welcome day or two of cool without me having to turn on the AC.

and of course, a nice cool day at the park is always a plus+
