GREAT photo essay with incredible shots. However, how could you not include any shots of the DCA portion? Especially when the Golden Gate Bridge is going away. There are such cool angles in the Soarin' area and the Grand Californian. Someone go back and get those, before the landscape around there changes - at least just for documentation purposes.
Thanx again for posting. Great society website, too, with a good purpose.
Eddie: You mean to tell me you could have taken your hand out of those cuffs at any time?
Roger: Not at any time. Only when it's funny.
That was the best photo essay I have seen in awhile!!!! For once, it was refreashing to read something positive about the new monorails. Also a nice mention of Scot Drake. I had a chance to meet him at the Monorail poster signing. Really nice guy!!! Two thumbs up !!!
Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter
