Citypass question

I was wondering if anyone could help with a few questions about the citypass.
It is on the Costco website for purchase, but can you buy it in a costco store in SoCal too? (they wont ship to Canada, and on our website it is $100 more than the U.S. and thats crazy)!

Also, can it be used as an upgrade to an annual pass, or can I only do that with a regular park hopper pass.

Thanks everyone for any help with this.

You might try a travel agency like AAA or the parks that are included in the package for purchase. I doubt that most of the parks desparate for visitors would make it harder to order tickets to come spend your money there! Here a couple links to try for online purchases:

Yes, the City Pass is available at Costco here near the park. Don't know the cost, but yes, it's there. You can also purchase them right at the gate of Disneyland if you'd care to.

Yes to your second question, too. The 3 day park hopper you get can be used to upgrade. I believe it's worth $189 towards the upgrade..
