Well, I remember when they said a full sized robotic Wall-E would roam California Adventure but then they said it was booked in other places first and now, the DVD has come and gone and I dont see us getting closer to ever seeing it. So anyone know what's the deal?

I'd hate to say we were lied to. Seeing how the kids treat Push the trashcan I can see why it didn't come about.

Was it advertised? I remember hearing about it, but I don't recall it ever being from an official source.

This is true, but I think Wall-E would be treated with more respect just because he's a very recognizable character and PUSH isn't at the same level.

Last I heard Wal*E never worked well enough to stand the wear and tear of the parks. They could bearly keep him going for more than a few hours without problems.
