I thought John David and the Green Team were done, but on Thursday 2/5 at 1PM, Kirk Wall wasn't there with his Gold or Blue Team. The Green Team was back onstage.

John will be filling in for Kirk when he is out for whatever reason. I'm pretty sure he was out today because he was doing two shows tonight in Garden Grove of his Elvis act. I wasn't able to go because I didn't get my act together and call in for reservations in time. It was "sold out".

I had the same question. I read through this great thread and thought it was cool that at least Sally Mae would still be around (I KNEW he looked familiar!), but was bummed that the green team would disappear. Then I walk into the Horseshoe yesterday and....



I also thought it was interesting that they were doing more of Elvis Billy's schtick than what Sally Mae Billy's green team usually used to do, i.e. bow going up the nose, Puddle Prance, etc. Good to hear that he will still be used as a sub.

When John subs it will be the show that the Blue/Gold team does, not the old Green show because it is Kirk he is subbing for.

I've been a fan of the Billy's since they first came to the GH. We make it a point to see them at least once every trip (we live in Utah and come to DL annually). We were in town last week and saw the show 3 times. All that and I've still never seen the Green Team.

While it's sad to see the downsizing in park entertainment, I'm just glad that Kirk and gang are still there. Honestly, Green Team may have been great in their own right, but as somebody who caught (and fell in love with) the Billy's their first month at DL, watching a "Billy's" show with totally different characters would hit me as really strange. Like tuning into your favorite TV show and all the actors are switched up- know what I mean?

Thanks for the pics and I'll check out the videos when I get a chance. Had I known there even was a Green Team and that Friday was their last performance, I would have checked it out- if only for curiosity's sake.
