Smile Aside from Goofy's Kitchen, which is the best Character Meal?

We've done Goofy's Kitchen the last three times we've gone. I hate to admit it but we stuff our bags with pizza and other goodies to pay for luch too. (Sorry... 85 bucks for breakfast is hard on a miserly guy like me)

How would you rate the other character breakfasts?

Are there any in Disneyland itself and if so, how does one get in early to be there?

    Which ones are buffets?

There's a Breakfast at the Plaza Inn with Minnie and Friends.

Not entirely sure of the specifics, besides it being at the Plaza Inn, but I would highly recommend making reservations through Disney Dining.

There I was somewhere West of Tomorrowland
Flying through the stars just like
    Peter Pan
I said...Dang this looks too good to be true...

It's a nice day when you wake up in
    Disneyland...

But the Plaza is inside the park... don;t we need to avoid the line outside lineup for all those "non-Plaza Inn people"???

Minnie's breakfast at the Plaza is our favorite. You just tell someone working the gate that you have reservations and they get you through.

That breakfast has the most character interaction by far and the food is good. We we had really young ones the waitress brought over a bag full of milk and ice and tld use to take it for the rest of the day.

It is really magic to have Minnie great you while sitting in sight of the castle.

If we have to choose one (like the kids ever let that happen) this id the one we would do.

There's the Lilo and Stitch breakfast at the PPH.

It's a buffet or made to order menu. Excellent food choices.

    Minnie is there too.

Also, you don't have to fight the entry lines at the park. You can have breakfast at your leisure, then go into the Park via the Monorail (of course, assuming that it is running. And lately, that is a big assumption...).

    My fave is Storytellers.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I second the Lilo buffet. We got there late, and they still had the characters doing the rounds. Stitch must've visited our table at least three times, and even helped in the choosing of a waffle. Not bad turnout considering the room was only a fifth full. The food was good too, and it's cheaper than Goofy.

Ariel's Grotto is pretty decent too.

The Lilo and Stitch breakfast was nice. We got one of the later reservations but they didn't tell us the characters leave. But they hung around for us anyway and we had em mostly to ourselves.

I like Lilo and Stitch breakfast as well its really yummy. Storyteller's is great too but lacking in atmosphere and charecters compared to goof's and Lilo's. The worst is Minnie's it always crowded and the food is cold and sub par for the price. I have not ate at ariels yet so that one is up in the air.

Storyteller's is our favorite for breakfast. Not only is it cheaper than Goofy's, but you can get menu items as part of the buffet and Chef Musa makes the best omelets I've ever tasted.

Somehow he gets the cheese on the outside of the omelet with a soft crust.
