I quickly skimmed through wikipedia and I didn't see anything about planes in the shorts he was fist in. But I didn't look hard so don't quote me. None the less, Goofy is the only character that can fly a plane as crazy as some of the turns on Mullhallond have.

They should just change the name to Animation Pier. Little Mermaid, World of Color, Goofys Sky Skool, Mickeys Fun Wheel, Toy Story Midway Mania, Silly Symphonies Swings. Just change the name Disney, it would make way more sense than a mythical California pier at this point.

There's also Launchpad from Duck Tales.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker III

Okay, what about Screamin, Beer Gardens, Golden Zepher, and Jumpin Jellyfish? Besides Flite School is temporary, and I wouldn't be suprised if it gets replaced by a new originally themed ride. Same goes for the new E-Ticket over at the play area near Condor Flats (name has left me...). Anyone know when Flite School transformation should begin? I am thinking the fall offseason for like two months. Painting should only be a few weeks and then you can just cover over the billboards. But the new structure (which looks beautiful) I think looks very complicated and the new train additions also seem like a time consuming process.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker III

Those attractions are safe....for now. DUN DUN DUN!!!!

EDIT: And I'm definitely not complaining about the changes getting made cause I'm all for them, so don't read my posts as me being anti change or against any of the themes.

I noticed Golden Zepher is not listed on the first page. Any plans for that ride?

^It will be staying for a while as far as I know. Besides, it is a pretty iconic and unique boardwalk ride.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker III

I actually agree. I'd probably ride it more if it wasn't all the back there.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker III

When Wonderful World of Color opens up, I am sure there will be people sitting down saving spots for there group while another adult takes there kids to go ride it real quick. I know I'll probably be doing that.

Re: Disney's California Adventure Project Tracker III

I was just looking at DarkBeer's pictures and I was wondering what this was:

Darkbeer : photos : Disneyland Resort - 2/12/09- powered by SmugMug

It looks like they are going expand the shoreline and possibly get rid of the bridge with the curved wall. Any ideas?

Actually the idea of the Walt Disney story is being revisited and when the new entrance opens that Carthay may actually open with its intended use. We might see the closure of the Walt Disney story in DHS with the office returning as well as other items in storage being displayed inside this new building.

Its suppose to get a makeover as well. The idea is to keep the attraction pretty much the same but add similiar detail to the queue as what will be added to some of the other attractions.

Yeah, what is that? It's not part of the amphitheater, it's too far away... hmm.

Edit; Baloo, any more details on the Zephyr queue? i never knew they were going to change it.

It has been mentioned in several Al updates that the control area for WoC would be over by the Orange Stinger. I'm going to guess that this little area is where they will house the control panels for the show directors to use. (But this is just a guess based on previously stated rumors from a pretty good source)
