Probably because the work is ongoing and hasn't been finished yet. I don't believe that this thread needs to do a day-by-day update of every aspect of the projects.

It is planned that construction will start sometime this spirng/summer. That is when I will expect the walls to go up. I can't wait though because TLM is one of the biggest things I am looking foward to!!!

my guess is they'll try to get the amphitheater finished first. I think they want to avoid having guests walk between construction walls for too long.

You are forgetting about the entrance and the tracks that go all the way up Hollywood BLV for the Red Car. That will be even worse, and those walls are coming up later this year. It will be insane.

I am sure they will. And put 1920's esque ad's for the Red Car, and such.
