Anyone ever had problems with them? My gosh I sure did today. Have large group booked with Plaza Inn, called to adjust the count this morning, and they said I cancelled it about a month ago. I said "EXCUSE ME"! Finally got that fixed, took about 2 supervisors and a half an hour or my time (I finally talked direct to the Plaza Inn). Then I call for another reservation I'd made for my family to adjust count again, and I was informed I had a Breakfast Reservation and a Dinner Reservation on the same day for Goofy's Kitchen.....Now I was getting pretty mad!!! Finally fixed that. To make matters more confusing for them, I added a new reservation for Granvilles in October.....will see what happens for that. Recommend calling and confirming any reservation made, just in case!
Boy I feel better now, just had to vent!!
