    You got it.

Not the best photo of the gazebo, but the only one I can find at the moment. If you look hard you can just barely make out the silhouette of Sam and Ollie in the lower lefthand corner of the photo. This is after you pass Tom Morrow and right before you come to the front door of the dream home.

    thats splash mountain.

You should just go on the ride. I was scared to death of it for half my life and I finally went on it and the drop is actually not bad at all if you close your eyes. it feels like the drop in pirates.

After you've gone down the medium sized drop, and you're inside the ride, after you've passed Brer Rabbit and the turtle singing, there is a small dip. Right above this dip is an overhead that has the small hand train that the rabbit is on, going back and forth. I used to work this ride, so I know it by the back of my hand.

    re: Disneyland's America Sings

America Sings was my favorite attraction when I first visited Disneyland in 1985. I saw that sow at least 3 or 4 times that day. I was so sad when I went back in 1989 and it was gone. At least I have a good quality video of the whole show I downloaded somewhere. I watch that from time to time and it brings back great memories.

Thanks for the pic, Semiquaver! That's awesome!

As my current User Title says, I think they need to bring America Sings back! But since I know that's not likely or even possible as long as there is Splash, I really think that there should be something similar at least. Innoventions is a waste of a good idea. Turn the building back into the Carousel Theatre instead of some boring, randomly spinning nothing!

It brings back memories to me too Capt! It was a lot of fun, even though it did get outdated, I think I would still go and watch it if it was there!

Most of the characters on the boat, that you see from the railroad, were in America Sings. So, see, you don't have to ride SM and get scared to death....you can ride the railroad and enjoy seeing that part anyway!

Yes yes yes, thank you for that trip down Memory Lane. And Ortiz I do agree with you, they need to bring it back. And bring it back EXACTLY as it was. Thanks to YouTube we can watch it, but it just ain't the same as being there in person, experiencing it in person. But watching it brings back so many memories, so many feelings and emotions. <sigh>

I remember my favorite part as a small kid was the final part of the gay nineties sequence where they were all singing together.
