Honestly anything's possible! Disney is really weird about who they decide to keep and who they decide to let go and when. And even if you don't get it this time, you can use that experience to when you audition again! Sides are like little scenes that they have you read from to see how well you can embody the character.
i've heard the auditions are always different. Sometimes you do a dance, and sometimes you don’t. Also depends on what character is assigned to you.
Saying they will call you is a nice way of saying you didn’t make the cut that day (that's what a fellow auditioner told me as she said she had worked there before).

I m not a current cast member, but I have been to two auditions and have met several people who are currently working as cast members. I always love getting private messages! Please feel free to send me one. I will say this though: never give up. I know a girl who auditioned somewhere around 23 times before she finally made it! Getting into Disney is like winning the lottery. You have to be at the right audition, with the right casting directors, with the right current friends of the character, when they are looking for that character. Sometimes it works out on the first try, sometimes it works out on the 23rd.
It's all about when they have open spots. They might have had an open spot the first time and not the second time.
The first picture of Merida was released today! It's on tumblr and the dress is absolutely stunning!
