wow, so that belle was really tall, but if she was really kind and looked just like her , i understand also why they've done it
oh no, that would be bad about the shows ...
i know what you mean.. which character could you think of which would be the hardest to stay in character?

also along with hannabelle wish i could attend the auditions..good luck to anyone who goes..also who would you like to be friends with at disneyland??

You'll get a different answer from everyone. Mad Hatters often lose their voices, so they might be considered a little harder then others. Though some people who play one role, might be horrible at another.

So, truly it's a matter of opinion.

    ok merci
i bet it is quite hard for the hatters..
but out of all i've seen the hatter actually sticks his tounge out when he talks so he's got a lisp(if it means the same thing) i've never really seen any do that..but i'm being picky hehehe.

Pretty much all the Hatter's are very good with the voices and everything. I love when they stick their toungues out, it's just so in character (:

Anyone here going to attend the auditions for Tokyo Disneyland coming up?
Has anyone been to one in USA/UK before? I wonder if it is any different to the ones we have here in Australia.
Also anyone know how many people turn up for them in comparison to a LA Disney audition?

    My 2nd post, yay.

Hello! Welcome to Micechat I never have attended auditions before (im to young to audition). That's pretty much the case for many of us on here. I really have no idea for the comparison. But the LA auditions for Disneyland usually have the most people showing up I believe. But actually, it really depends.

Yeh, I have heard that hundreds of people show up for them.
The most we have had here has been about 75 people! But maybe people here just don't want to have to move overseas!

I would love to attend a Disneyland or Disney World audition. They sound very stressful and long but also fun! =)

I'm sure they're very fun! What character would you want to be cast as?

    Re: Disney Face Character Auditions

I wold love to be cast as Alice (which I think you might as well going from your avatar)or Wendy. Although being one of the princesses like Cinderella would be kool too!
My height is kind of annoying though, I am about 5'2/5'3, Which is sort of the cut off for Alice and the very shortest for the princesses!

Looks wise I think I look the most like Alice, but usually if you play Alice you play Wendy so I don't know how that will work for me!

So how long to you will be able to audition?

Oh very nice!Oh I see what you mean with the princess height and everything but if they like your face for Alice or something a lot i'm sure they can make exceptions!
Haha yes i'm 4'11 or 5'0 I'm actually not sure :P so Alice,Wendy and Tink are the only possibilities I could be cast as.

Hm i'm really not sure when I will audition! Probably when i'm 18, 19, or 20. I have to figure out college and everything else! Knowing me i'll be to excited and just go and audition when I turn 18 haha.

Some of them don't have to stick out their tongue so they have a lisp, they can just do it on their own. All of the Hatters are great with their voice.

Also, someone pointed out earlier that height doesn't seem to matter as much. That is not true. Height is a big deal for Disney. The princesses really have a wider range height wise. Also, it's like giving a girl contacts. If they love your face, your voice, how you act, everything, they'll look over some things. Eye color, height, stuff like that.
