    Re: Disney Face Character Auditions

I was told when I had my interview for CP that they were not doing auditions for the CP this year. I'm sure that if while you are working there you can audition and after the program you could change jobs.

I believe that you're right. I don't think disneyland does it. But I don't know. Did anyone go to 4/1/09 auditions?

Ya, I would check that again- it's most likely for WDW. There are very few CPs allowed into the entertainment at DLR, and the way they audition and train for their parades doesn't work for CPs. At WDW though, CPs can do all three. Plus, they take quite a few more CPs than DLR. :-)

CPs usually get two days off a week, but they are RARELY saturday and Sunday, and are not always together either (So you might get Tuesdays and Thursdays off). During peak periods you can be scheduled 6 or even 7 days a week. You can request time off in advance to go home, but there's no guarantee you'll get it. If you're careful about your points and how often you call in, you can take a few days off and just call in personal.

Oh my gosh, we HAVE to!!! =D
And I completely agree, I feel the exact same way; none of my friends want to either and I can't even fathom why! It's such a big dream of mine =) I just love the idea of it more than anything!
It would be amazing to have someone there. I'm already nervous, and it's three years away! xDD

That's the best way I could ever imagine it stated =) To children there's no question about who you are; but the people at the addition won't just believe or let you be silly. Just like Olivia said! =) It's so nerve-wracking!
