This is really tough. Had to go with NOS for now. Wish I could vote for TL before they "fixed" it. Back in (what I think of as) the red & white days, it was awesome. I really miss the old Frontierland too. Also really hard to not vote for the heart of Disneyland: Main Street.
OK...I'm old. I like it the way it was when I was a kid.
"Yesterday, a man walked up to me and said, 'Isn't it a shame that Walt Disney couldn't be here to see this?' and I said, "He did see this, that's why it's here."

yeah, I have to say, though its current condition is deplorable, Tomorrowland is still my favorite land, not because of what it is now, but because of what it was, and what it hopefully will be in the near future.
Besides, in my mind, Streets and Squares and Countries and Towns will never really be -lands, no matter how good they may be.
I'll stand in the minority. I like Main St. The look, the feel, the "ambience", the attention to details...it's awesome. There's nothing like being there first thing in the morning, sitting in the sun with a cup of coffee, and looking at one of the most incredible places ever constructed.
New Orleans Square is just gorgeous. I can't find fault in it at all! Both visually wonderful and equally such a fun place to work! Even down to the West Side Diner for the CM's. The nicest place to eat of all... outside of TDA's Eat Ticket of cooourse. Great color, great architecture, great sounds, great juleps, fabulous Blue Bayou restaurant!
But then there's Fantasyland which is also beautiful, picturesque, and so like being in a storybook! Also so much fun to work in! Esp. the castle area.
And of course Main Street, which I think sill reeks of Walt! And which I think most of us all wish we had somewhere in our own towns. The Victorian architecture is a marvel, and the decor and color (Thanks in much part to the BRILLIANT John Hench) is truly beautiful! Not so much fun to work in though... unless you like to fold clothes till 2:30 a.m.
