That would probably be Tower of Terror. We actually see them get electricuted during the pre-show. All the others show the people already dead....at least as far as I can recall.

I assume you mean an attraction event and not actual deaths at the park since you only wanted a list of one...I don't know the answer, but I'll keep a look-out tomorrow in the park and re-post tomorrow.

Is your question based on the attraction's inclusion of a death(s) ie, Star tours dogfight, or based on a death that had already occured, ie.. Haunted Mansion?

Well:

POTC - Dead Men tell no tales. Numerous skeletons. ;D

Star Tours - Blowing stuff up. Everything is piloted by something right?

Mr. Toad - Hit by a train. Go to H-E-Double hockey sticks. :O

PLOTSI - Skeletons, if I remember correctly.

Mark Twain/ Coloumbia - You drive by the skeletons that are on PLOTSI

Jungle Cruise - They mention the "Kraft Family" who was arts and crafts, when
pointing out the skulls, before the native party.

Haunted Mansion - Obviously, since they are all ghosts. An actualy depiction of death is the hanging man. The rest are already dead.

Canoes - Go by the skeletons on PLOTSI

Snow White - Skeletons in the witchs castle.
