There are no real discounts on one-day, one park tickets, with the exception of some employee/school groups. So if you know someone who works or goes to the school in the area, you might be able to save a few bucks.

    Otherwise it is $56....

The Disney Store is still selling Disneyland tickets at the reduced prices (the prices before all tickets were raised), but it may not be long before Disney sends us the new ones, so I advise anyone to try a buy tickets at any Disney Store for the reduced prices.

I don't think that the Disney Stores sell the one day, one park tickets.

If you have friends in Bakersfield ask if they have a Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Account. If they have an account they can get you discount tickets at the following prices:

    1-Day, 1-Park: $47.50 (adult), $42.50 (child)
    1-Day Parkhopper: $60.50 (adults), $52.50 (child)

    ( more info: ksfcu.org )

Other than that, Darkbeer is right and there aren't any discount tickets available. Good luck!

Also, if you know any teachers, they can order tickets thru First Financial Credit Union, even if they are not members. Adult 1 day ticket park only is $46.50, child is $41.50, Park hopper is $59.50, and 2 day park hoppper is $85.
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

If you know anyone who works for Southern California Edison, they can buy one-day one-park tickets for I think $47.50 for adults and $41.50 for kids.

    Re: DL tickets

I know somebody that works there. That means I get in for freeee!!.Any employee can sign in 3 guests per day.It is actually encouraged, just ask some of the cm's here.I usually take my wife and 3 kids, which would be about $275 just to get in the gate.I think i'm ahead of the game and still spend like $200-$300 in the park.I try to go every 3-4 months.I work 2 jobs 7 days week.Saturdays and Sundays I work both jobs.So I can't go as often as I want to.But then again,I don't want to take advantage of the guy anyway. He's a friend of a friend.
