Uh, yea!!! It's the most amazing outdoor show you will ever see. It's got fountains, Mickey, Villains, magic, Malificent and a 40 foot dragon that sets the Rivers of America on fire. What more can one ask for. It's a great and amazing show. One you must not miss.

Fantasmic is one of the greatest shows Disney has ever put on.

Whoever votes less than 5 in this poll is crazy. You can't not be wowed by this show.

I can remember the first time I ever say Fantasmic!, it was absolutely stunning. The effects, dancing, and especially the music just stayed with me. I bought a Disney CD with the Fantasmic! Theme on it soon afterwards. It gives me a feeling I can barely describe, it's like you're so far away from the rest of the world, only Disney matters. WONDERFUL!!

Fantasmic is pure Disney Magic. Something only they could accomplish.

I personally think it's the third most amazing thing they've ever done, behind Remember... Dreams Come True and Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot. My only beef with it is that is screws traffic up in my favorite area, New Orleans Square. Of course, that means nothing when you see the actual show.

He must be serious, as someone rated Fantasmic as a 1.

Chances are it was him. Oh well. You can't and shouldn't please everyone.

Really, you wouldn't suggest this show to anyone...? I wont be taking Disney suggestions from that person.

First showing in 1992, Fantasmic! is for all ages and is the longest running show at the Disneyland Resort; and isn't coming to an end anytime soon. The show is a brilliant water spectacular, eye pleasing, heart warming, technical, Disney show. It's comprised of Magic, Dreams, villiany, romance, excitement, anticipation, and so many favorite Disney characters!

I would suggest Fantasmic! over all the parades, and other shows the Resort has to offer, if you have yet to see it. Fantasmic! is positively a must see show, even if it's only one time.

Re: Is Fantasmic a Must See?

    I agree with everyone here.

*) The story is, well, nebulous in many respects..but like a Hong Kong Martial Arts flick, the plot is merely a tool to get to the spectacle.

*) And what a spectacle. I've seen many live shows, and this one is, basically KAPOW.

*) It is long and to get a good place to see it, well, you sometimes have to stand. And people, when horded together, get pushy and grouchie. The other drawback? Traffic. It's all over the map. They move everything out and about. If you set up shop, forget sending someone to get popcorn, for they have to go to Santa Monica Pier, get it, then work the amazing labryinth back to your seat.

*) Did I mention the spectacle?

I love it. But that's why I only gave it a nine out of ten. If only they could have some kind of organized seating.

    Peace!

Re: Is Fantasmic a Must See?

Fantasmic! is a really wonderful show. It's a must and is on everyone top list.
In the summer the 9:00 show will be packed, but the 10:30 show will be light. The main reason is everyone leaves after the fireworks or Fantasmic! the first showing. Either showing of Fantasmic! when the show ends the best thing is to ride Haunted Mansion or POTC right away. The first time I saw Fantasmic! was back in 1993 and it still hasn't out grown me. You will never get tired of seeing Fantasmic! over and over again. Between 1993-2009 I think I have seen Fantasmic! over 200 times.

You have to experience Fantasmic at least once in your lifetime.

Fantasmic is a wonderful show and will probably remain on my top 5 things to do at DL for as long as I live.
