    Is it set in stone?

I am just wondering if the schedules are set in stone once they are posted. For example, we will be there May 1, & 2 - a friday and saturday. The park is scheduled to be open until midnight - however, NO FANTASMIC!! What is your experience with additions to the entertainment after the schedule is posted?

Nothing is set in stone and they want to remind you of that constantly so you don't get your hopes up. This is the opposite case of course. Unfortunately, May 1st is still too early for "summer" and given the fact that they're doing such major changes to Fantasmic it would probably take Bob Iger -DEMANDING- that Fantasmic be shown on that date to get it back up by then.

Pretty much nothing is ever set in stone until after it has happened.

Anything can change and can be changed without notice.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

Nothing is set in stone, but given that Fantasmic! will be going through a major refurb in preparation for the summer, I would not expect Fantasmic! to be playing. However, take advantage of a night time ride on the Mark Twain!

No one can say it any more clearer than that!

But of course, with this being the internet and all, this thread could still make it to ten pages...

Me and my boyfriend did that when we were there last Thursday. It was pretty cold... especially since we were still soaked from Splash Mountain, but definitely a nice trip around the Rivers.

Well, it seems stuck, but some little kid always gets to pull it out and be king.

I must be out of the loop. I did not realize it was up for a refurb. I am just happy to be going back to DL. It has been over a year now and that is just too long to go without being at The Happiest Place on Earth. Thanks for the tip on the Mark Twain at night. I will have to give it a try.
