Do you know anybody that has not visited Disneyland?

It could be a family member,friend,Neighboor or co - worker, well I finally met a person at work and I couldn't believe it when she told me she had never attended Disneyland and this person has lived CA for over 20 years
Have you ever known anybody who has not attended Disneyland?

Well, in NY MANY people haven't - WDW is closer so they go there.
But in CA I knew some people who had lived in CA all their life and had never gone.
Sad but true!

As a native Californian who has always lived within a half hour of Disneyland, I must say that I do not know any other native Californian who had never visited except for those who live several hours away. I have met a few who only visited once or very rarely though.

Mostly what I see though are people who have moved out here from out of state who have never been, which is a little bit different situaiton though.

As a school teacher in AZ I know of hundreds of people who have never been. It always makes me sad when we go and they ask me to take them with us!

My husband has never been. But we are correcting that problem in October and I am confident he will be hooked and want to go back at least once a year.

I took my fiance on his first DL trip. Also none of my future in-laws have gone. If I had the money I would take them all one weekend, but sadly I can't. I want to take them so badly and have even contemplated spending my tax return on a weekend trip for them.

I know several. A good percentage of my relatives who are all back East have never been.

Of course I do! They're all over the place. Always sad. And I never hesitate to spread the word.

I have several relatives that have never been. They mostly live in the midwest. Some of them have to been to WDW, but many of them have never been to either resort.

Yep, I know a few.

In particular, a VERY close family that has three kids (now 17, 14 and 11), have lived in CA their whole lives and have never been to the Park. Money is not the issue. Just the lack of desire to go.

What is wrong with those people!!! In their defense, they don't do ANY theme parks.


On the flip side of the coin, I took a life-long resident of CA to the Park for his very first time. He was a co-worker that was 30 at the time and had never been.

He was amazed!

He has since taken his new bride, who had also never been! I set them up for dinner at Club 33 so she'd really get the "magical" treatment!

She was blown away!

Oh, BTW, they are now AP'ers!

Several of my students in my senior Economics class have never been to DLR. Most of it is due to money. I wish there was some way that I could pay for them to attend Grad Nite, but at $150.00 a student it is a little out of my range.
