I'll be there since I have two friends from out of town. Honestly, I've been on major holidays before, and with some smart Fast Pass gathering and arriving very early, I've never waited in more than a 35-45 minute line on major Sundays.
It also really helps that the SoCal passes are blocked that day. A lot of the recent boom in Sunday activity, IMO, has been thanks to the SoCal pass. I don't have proof, of course, but this past Sunday (which was blocked for SoCal) was also a lighter crowd than it has been.
I'm seriously considering going Friday or Saturday instead, since the DAP is blocked on those days.
I was there two years ago on Easter. Morning crowds were light. It started getting crowded around 11am so I went back to the hotel and hung out at the pool and went back in the evening. It was crowded in the evening but not too bad, not as crowded as I have seen it on other holidays like Thansgiving.

I have experienced the same thing on Easter Sunday. To our family, it felt a little lighter than on the other days of Spring Break.
Plus Rabbit joined his Pooh Bear friends in Critter Country.
This year we're arriving on Monday after spending Sunday with family.
I have been there for two easters (once in 2006 and once in 2008). We stayed at the Grand Californian Hotel and the crowds were usually okay in the morning, but it didn't get crowded until around the afternoon.
In 2008, we went in the mid-afternoon, and there wasn't a lot of crowds.
We were also there last Easter, and we were surprised that there weren't more people in the park. We had a great day! The DLH (where we were staying) was just setting up the Easter egg hunt as we were leaving for the day and thought we should rush before things got ugly, but the crowds were light and manageable.
