Seriously. Disney needs to change all this "bad weather" business. Just make it eighty degrees and keep the wind down. That's right, Disney, I know about the bubble!

Well, there is this pine bark beetle that is killing off pines in the region, and a few other illnesses specific to conifers - looks like they're about to lose that one. Circle of Life.Originally Posted by Mommyto4

The DL Horticulture department supervisors will be out there tonight with a printout of this threadgoing "Let's see: Big Thunder sign, Matterhorn, Castle spire... It's that one over there."
When they try and fail to cure the tree (if they haven't already) and decide it's a goner, that tree will 'magically' disappear overnight on a weekday. All you'll find there is a planter with a few new bushes to fill the hole. They don't want any more big trees falling over on Guests, they got lucky last time when nobody was hurt.

Love the pics -- you have a great eye for composition. I always enjoy seeing the Park in different ways. Great framing full of foreground flora! Especially like that Matterhorn lamppost one. It's those little details that make the Park so special.
