Disneyland park schedule has Potc closed for refurb starting today and going to the end of April.
Anyone know what's up with Potc, and what they are doing to it?

It wasn't closed yesterday. We rode it around 11am.

O, sorry Sage I was looking at the wrong date. It is listed as starting refurb today.
Si. Pirates is closed this week according to the refurb schedule. Reopens Friday or Saturday I think.
With such a short refurb an no publicity, I doubt that it's much more than a fresh coat of paint. I can't image that in five days Disney would/could do anything major. Plus, they'd publicize the life out of it. ;D

Maybe they're going to fix things that have been a little weird for a bit. I hope they get the Mayor's wife back in there soon.
Some AAs have been missing at times, according to a couple other threads (since merged). And another AA was missing its head.
The donkey and mayor's wife have been missing. I would assume they will be re-installed.
So many characters are missing like the Mayor's wife, a donkey, a parrot and one of the ugly pirates at the auction.

that's cool. im sure it will be nice and sharp when my fiancee and i go for our honeymoon!!...
This Refurb seems rather minor compared to the Peter Pan one which looks like it will be over a month long
^This is regular mantainence. Nothing special. Shouldn't be noticably different.

This Refurb seems rather minor compared to the Peter Pan one which looks like it will be over a month long It's four days. It will be entirely unnoticeable to the naked eye that anything has changed. It is simple maintenance, like when you take your car in for an oil change. This is not a refurbishment.
peter pan will be though ;-P I hope its just open by June 18th!!

Ar these the new two row boats? or just new boats in general?
