The blast-ups in HM used to scare me too. But ever since I started forcing myself to look they don't bother me much at all.
Also, the mummy chamber in Indy gets to me sometimes if I'm on the edge. There's a lot of skeletons and stuff that come swinging down. But like HM, I've become desensitized; I single rider it often, and I tend to get the edge when I do this.
This reminded me, Little Leota at the end of HM kind of creeps me out, too. "Come baaaaaack, come baaaaack...." Not as much now, and not as much as the Indy queue, but when I was younger *shivers*. And by younger, I mean a teenager, not a little kid .
ToT scares the you-know-what out of me! Doesn't matter how many times I ride it, standing in line gives me a horrible stomach ache, and I'm not okay until after the first drop (when I go into shock and just tremble for the next 15 minutes)
"And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by" (John Masefield)
HM gets to me from the time I get in line until I get off I am very creeped out. As a kid I was downright scared of it. The ballroom scene is cute and I relax a bit, I don't mind the blast ups because I am good at spotting them before they appear. I do like Little Leota but everything else makes me tense. Yet I am fascinated by the ride at the same time. ToT is a combo of creepy and excitement that is unexpected. Riding PoTC at night gets to me a little too but in a good way. Now that I think about it, I am hardly ever relaxed in Disneyland. Must be the excitement of just being there.
...Monstro on Pinocchio scares the living daylights out of me....
....I can't go on that stupid dark ride....
There I was somewhere West of Tomorrowland
Flying through the stars just like Peter Pan
I said...Dang this looks too good to be true...
It's a nice day when you wake up in Disneyland...

Going across the bridge in the cavern of bubbling death, on IJA. To be entirely honest, I'm just frightened of bridges(I can't even walk across the center bridge at the parking structure without freaking out), and where that bridge just so happens to be placed(over a pit of fire and doom) doesn't help >.<
I know it's safe, and that there's probably no chance of that bridge ever collapsing, but, man, when the vehicle stalls in the middle of the bridge, I get SO nervous.
There's a lone faceless ghost in the graveyard scene that's kinda tucked away that always creeps me out.
I've also recently noticed that one. It's the one that's standing in the doorway of a mausoleum near the end of the graveyard, right? That one creeps the hell out of me. That, and the faceless ghosts that fly near the ceiling in the ballroom.
I also refuse to allow the "mice" to run by my legs on HISTA. I've always covered up where the cable shoots out of the front of the seat with my finger, haha.
