Re: Should The Aladdin Show Be Given The Boot?

I like the show, but I think it should run twice a day and then have a different show tice a day. This would bring more people into the shows.
I am sure it would be a bit to change for the shows, but it can be done. And on slow times of the year it would be one show a day.
This would also bring in more employees... well maybe.

I think running two shows side by side would be pretty impossible, unless one was a production type (Aladdin) with all of the sets being utilized and the other show was something more of a "concert" type without utilizing the stage, or something simple. I don't think they'd be able to squeeze in all it take for 2 full blown shows back there.

Re: Should The Aladdin Show Be Given The Boot?

I've never even stepped foot into the Hyperion.

If Aladdin were located in the outdoor Disneyland Theatre, now the PFF, I would have seen it a million times already.

I really liked seeing a full show outdoors in the shade, it was a large part of the draw. There was just something so nice about getting there pre-show, having a nice sit down, enjoying the weather, and then seeing a show.

I just don't want to drag myself into a dark theatre when I'm at the Parks. I like opera, I like theatre, but when I go to those kind of shows, the THEATRE IS part of the show, it's a whole experience, like dressing up.

Every time I'm in DCA I walk by that show to get to TOT. Every time I think, "Gosh, I really would like to see that Aladdin show." But I never ever want to actually GO IN to see it.
