    Tomorrowland Complaining ends NOW...

You guys may have an empty PPlmover track and Astro Orbiter at the entrance, but you do NOT, do NOT have the MONSROSITIES that are Stitchs Great Escape AND Stitchs Supersonic Celebration AND Monsters. MK Tomorrowland 1971-2009.

    Tomorrowland at Disneyland:

    Empty Peoplemover Track
Waste of Space: The Attraction (Innoventions)
    Dated 3-D attraction (HISTA)
    Bottleneck-making Astro Orbitor and rocks
    Rarely-operational weenie (Observatron)

    Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom:

    Crappy Attraction (Stitch's Great Escape)
    Out of place attraction (Monsters)
    Lame kiddie show (Supersonic Celebration)

Not to mention Disneyland got the short end of the stick when it comes to the 90's Tomorrowland makeovers.

Both areas deserve their criticism and praise, but we shouldn't have to end complaining about something that so clearly deserves it.

While it's true WDW is stuck with Stitch's Great Escape (yes, I'd rather have Alien Encounter back or better yet either Flight To The Moon Or Flight To Mars with new techniology for a better ride experience) and Monsters Inc Laugh Floor is no Time Keeper for sure (it's not a horrible attraction just very, very, very misplaced, kids like it and that's important). I will reserve my judgement on Stitch's Supersonic Celebration till I see this June. But I would rather have these things that you refure to as monsrosities than be in the situation DL's Tommorrowland is in where you see the empty reminders of great attractions past.

With that said DL's TL is getting improvements the return of the Subs and the improved Space Mountain are steps in the right direction. I would like to see some improvement at WDW's TL and I hope our Space Mountain will be much improved when it reopens in Nov. In all honesty both parks need to be focused on improving things more than they are already. So I say keep complaining at all the parks so they know things need to keep improve.

Not really. Only the Avenue of the Planets looks cool. Everything past the Astro Orbiter is just kind of there.

We also have FNSV and BLAB, neither of which fit the theme and neither of which is evidence of particularly great creative thought at Disney.

But if the MK's Tomorrowland is worse off, that doesn't mean we have less reason to complain - we don't want it to get to that point in the first place.

That's true. Thematically-screwed-up and partially entertaining subs are better than no subs at all.

...but thematically-correct and thoroughly entertaining subs would be even better.

So, one is bad and the other is worse and this means there is no reason to complain?

Florida can complain about their TL and we can complain about ours. There is plenty of whining to go around.

Even prior to that monstrosity Supersonic whatever, I thought Disneyland's Tomorrowland was still better.

Our tomorrowland just needs something on the people mover, rocket jets back up and I'm golden.

Innoventions could use some innovation. HISTA needs to be shrunk so small we can't see it anymore. Monorails need fixin. Autopia needs electrifying. Star Tours 2 is on its way.

I'm also of the "At least we still have the subs" school of thought.

Maybe one day a wonderfully creative re-theming will take place, at least they are there just in case.
