^Dland_lover's right. Especially with something as specific as this. Although...I do happen to have a shot.

If you need a bigger copy just click the image to go to flickr and I have a variety of sizes there. The hand signals are on there as well...if I can find the original image, I'll crop that out so you can actually see the signals/read what they're for.

How much do you want to know about the buttons? Basic, technical? The hand signals are their because of DOSH and just give the attraction signals like track crossing and stuff like that. For Matterhorn, most of the signals are for row numbers given by the tower cm to check a row (in case someone takes off a belt or being dumb). The thumbs are to let the station cm know when the ride goes down.

    Here are the basics:

Motion Control- actives the control (not always active)
    E-stop- e-stops the ride...
Recover- recovers the station from a station stop (load and unload also have one)
Station Stop- stops sleds in the station
Dispatch Capture- holds the sled at Dispatch after the time interval has expired. Does not allow sled to be dispatched until released.
Dispatch Enable- used to enable the sled to dispatch on the time interval. If not pressed it still won't dispatch.
Alarm Silence (red square button)- silences alarms
Lamp Test (white square next to Alarm silence)- lights up the console to make sure the lights function.

Hope this is what you are looking for. These are basically the same for all the fantasyland rides, with some exceptions. If you want technical info...PM me.

Before late 2006, those consoles and the ones next to unload didn't exist. The Matterhorn load console is a lot more interesting and fun, but I'll preserve the mystery. :

Here are the hand signals from Finding Nemo. I am concerned about the "Fudge" sign...

Fudge Signal: "Given when the bow line is on the sub at the forward dock. This will move the intermediate boat forward 12 feet."

    --Submarine Voyage SOP

Why they call it Fudge, I don't know; must be a Navy thing...

Is it just me, or do any other Cast Members feel that its not quite the best idea to explain the buttons of the ride consols? I'm not saying the photo of one is wrong, I mean, anyone with a camera can snap a pic, but explaining the functions to non-CMs? I would think you could land in hot water with Human Resources Compliance for that one.
