I learned in high school about "acceptable" levels of um..... "organic" stuff in chocolate. Peanut butter's even worse. Kinda makes you want eat a Reese's, huh?

Nature's everywhere, and there's nothing we can do about it.

If someone checked all of the reports available and saw the results of those inspections, they would never want to eat out.

Good news!!! Everything looks to be very clean and pest free. Except for Hungry Bear - major violation in July for vermin. I think I'll wait to eat there until I read the follow-up.

    Re: Mice at Disneyland

Maybe construction around the resort has "flushed" them out into other areas where they are more noticeable.

Last winter when a strong wind storm knocked our fence down, a mouse (at least one, they're usually not alone ) moved into our kitchen when the construction crew came in to repair the fence. It (they) was apparently driven out by all of the 'human" activity trampling the vegetation (in my neighbor's yard) where they lived.

We managed to poison one of the little buggers ........

I not sure about the situation with southern California, but up north (Stockton/Sacramento area), there has been an explosion in the rodent population the last couple months (voles especially, but also mice, and rats).

The park has always had mice and rats. All sorts of other furry rodents. I did hear that the Park tried to eliminate a lot of the cats. The problem is that the tourists feed the animals

    Re: Mice at Disneyland

Well, perhaps they should let the cat population grow a bit.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...
