I fear Stitch will have a home at D Land...

So I went to D Land today... Went into a pin shop in DCA and there was a pin of Stitch and Harold on a Matterhorn pin. There was also a Stitch's Escape (from WDW) "ray gun" at a store in DCA. With the work being done on Tomorrowland I fear they may try and squeeze this little turd upon us at D Land.

I went on Stitch's Escape at WDW and it sucked it sideways....

Hopefully it stayes on the East Coast...
I don't like strollers, kids on leashes or ecv's. Yeah, I'm a jerk like that. But I am pro musket cap gun at D Land.

    can not agree more!

I actually think that DL's tomorrow-land is now better than WDW's just because it has not been filled with so many horrible attractions (stitch, monsters, etc)

All the merch seems to share both parks.
It was great when it was exclusive to either D-land or WDW.
I think the pins are the same way now.
The pins (last time I check are no longer dated, just same pin for every year).

I think I did the stich ride. Do you get strapped in and the ride goes crazy cause he's taking over?
If so, then no stich ride please.
    Never done Monsters.

lakewood, there have been tons of Stitch pins at DLR shops for years now. Stitch seems to be one of the most collected characters judging by the pin collecting board that I go to. I wouldn't look upon that as an indication of Stitch's Escape coming here at all.

    This reminds me of the
    rumored Stitch overlay
    that Space Mountain was
    going to receive back when
    the coaster went under it's
    extensive refurbishment in 2003.

The rumor never became a reality.

    However, you never know.

    The idea may be resurrected.

    In some shape or form.

I wouldn't mind an attraction in Tomorrowland that features Stitch. However, and this is a BIG however, it all depends on the attraction's execution. If the ride is stellar, phenominal, and extremely detailed then I'd be 1,000% happy. BUT if the attraction ends up getting constructed on the cheap with plywood cutouts, emotionless walls and queue, and the like then I'd be VERY unhappy. To me it's not so much an attraction being based off of a movie, but how much care and detail are put into said attraction(s).

I'm not a Stitch fan myself but where in Tomorrowland would they put it at. Tomorrowland isn't that big so where on earth will it go at?

    -sigh-

It's not Stitch who is bad, folks.

It's the crap they stick him in that is bad.

I bet his reputation among Disney fans would be so much better if he had something truly amazing to call "his attraction".

I would think they would of reviewed the popularity and satisfaction rating of the ride before pulling something as risky as that.

Stitch DID have an "attraction" in DL's Tomorrowland, already. In fact, it was the only worthwhile reason to go into innoventions, in innoventions excruciatingly painfully LONG 10 year history. Remember the Stitch meet and greet, on the 2nd floor, where you could talk to Stitch via video conference on a nearly one on one conversation? It was the precurser to Monsters Inc Laugh Factory in WDW, and Turtle Talk? only it was better, because it WAS a one on one visit.
